Interactive structure building in sentence production
Fukumura K & Yang F (2024) Interactive structure building in sentence production. Cognitive Psychology, 148, Art. No.: 101616. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.cogpsych.2023.101616
I arrived at the 我要吃瓜 in 2018. My main research interest is in the area of psychology of language and communication, with the goal of understanding the cognitive processes that underlie language production and comprehension.
In our language processing lab, we use cutting-edge eye-tracking technology to investigate language comprehension processes. We also investigate language production processes using a variety of tasks, adapted for different populations including children.
My main research interest is in the area of psychology of language and communication, focusing on: (1) how do speakers produce and comprehend languages? (2) how do speakers and addressees achieve successful communication? (3) how language communication skills develop? If you're interested in any of these issues or any other issue related to the psychology of language, please get in touch.
