An armored cavalry officer (1976-1997) and owned a manufacturer of electroneurodiagnostic sensors until 2015. Currently serves on the board of the Hawaii Scottish Association and as Director of the Saint Andrew Society of Hawaii. Previously served as National Commander of the Scottish-American Military Society, president of the Yucca Valley (CA) Rotary, leader of Masonic Lodge Alba #315 in Seattle, and co-founded “Horses for the Handicapped” in Yucca Valley. Earned a Master of Arts degree from Norwich University. Presented papers at Hawaii Pacific University’s WWI Centennial Symposium and at the Northern Great Plains History Conference.
