Research

My research examines organizational fairness, with a focus on new and emerging forms of work. I explore how differentiated HR practices, such as idiosyncratic deals (i-deals), shape fairness perceptions among employees who do not directly benefit from them. I am also deeply interested in the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and fairness, particularly its transformative effects on employment and the ethical implications of generative AI in workplace practices.
