This is a pilot project, using a strategy mapping methodology to capture the development gaps and training needs of Customer Operations in Standard Life. Based on the input of the customer operations leadership team, a prioritised set of management activities and associated development gaps will be generated. These gaps will then form the basis of a managerial response, and a management development programme design.
