I am a Senior Lecturer at the Marketing and Retail division of the ÎÒÒª³Ô¹Ï Management School which I joined as an Early Career Fellow in 2013. Previously, I was a Research Associate at the University of Patras (Greece) .

I am an Associate Editor of the International Review of Retail, Distribution and Consumer Research (ABS list Journal). My research interests focus on various interlinked areas including: i) food channels¡¯ resilience; ii) consumer behavior and food consumption; iii) retailer-supplier relationships [i.e. trading and operational relations; power dynamics; collaboration in creating value for the consumer (e.g., product quality, price and service levels); sharing costs and profits]; iv) developing KPIs and measuring performance in food channels; v) SMEs performance and relations with larger business partners. Through my research projects I also provide consultancy work to major UK retailers. I am a visiting academic at the Centre for Retail Studies at Lund University, Sweden and a member of the UKRI Peer Review College (PRC).

I have led/ contributed to relevant research projects conducted in the UK or funded by the EU [Research Associate in three E.U. funded projects (total funding: 3,210.000 €) on restructuring the agri-food sector: responsible for designing, conducting and disseminating the results of wide scale research on food channel and SMEs¡¯ performance evaluation as well as on understanding food consumption motivations and behaviours; University of Patras, Greece)]. I have published in top journals such as the Industrial Marketing Management and the International Journal of Production Economics. I currently supervise 5 PhD students who are researching topics in the areas of retail supply chains, consumer behavior and SMEs. I specialise in advanced quantitative methods, particularly Structural Equation Modelling.

I am the Director of the ÎÒÒª³Ô¹Ï ¨C Singapore Institute of Management Partnership having the oversight of five Undergraduate Programmes running in Singapore (more than 300 students in total). I am also the BA Marketing Programme Director (the programme runs in Stirling and in Singapore) and the Adviser of Studies of approx. 250 students.

I lead/ participate in the ÎÒÒª³Ô¹Ï collaborations with various industry bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, the Marketing Society Scotland, the Scottish Grocers¡¯ Federation and the Scottish Wholesale Association.

I teach Undergraduate and MSc modules with subjects related to Retail Supply Chains and Marketing Channels, Research Methods and Fundamentals of Marketing.
